Shipping Policy

Q What are the delivery charges ?
A. Delivery charges may apply on certain products/services and would be communicated at the time of order processing.

Q. What are the estimated delivery times ?
A. We generally dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. The delivery usually happens within 4-6 working days after dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 4-8 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 4-6 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations may take up to 8 business days or longer, depending on the location & geographical constraints.

Q. On which days is delivery not available?
A. We don’t deliver on Public, National or Bank Holidays.

Q. Is it possible to request for change the delivery address at any point of time once the order has been placed?
A.
Order has been placed but not dispatched.
Once the order has been placed but not dispatched that means we have received the confirmation and your order is in our warehouse where we are working to get it dispatched. So as your order is still not dispatched, you need to contact our customer service team on Mobile/WhatsApp No - +919696602958 as soon as
possible for the changes in the order. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer a few security questions before we can make any changes to your order.

Order has been placed and dispatched.
Once the order has been placed and dispatched, we would be unable to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and our policies are made to provide a better shopping experience for all our customers. If our shipper is unable to ship the order at your provided address then the order is automatically returned to our warehouse and processed as return.

Q. How is it shipped to APO addresses ?
A. All APO addresses are serviced via India Post only as private courier services are unable to enter defence establishments.


Q. Are there restrictions on shipping of certain products to civilian addresses?
A. Yes, Ballistic Products , Uniforms, Rank epaulettes and other accessories meant to be worn by soldiers only by law can be ordered to APO addresses and will be shipped by India Post only.

Q. How will I get my tracking ID ?
A. Post Dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive slip with tracking details/AWB Number. You can track it anytime of courier partners website with AWB Number.

Q. What if my order is returned ?
A. Once we receive the shipment back in our warehouse, our customer relations team will reach out to you to re- confirm the address and dispatch it with additional shipping charges.

Q. Who will bear the shipping charges in case of a Exchange ?
A. Customer will bear the shipping charges of both sides.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 24 hours Exchange policy, which means you have 24 Hours after receiving your item to request a Exchange.
To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at whatsapp - +919696602958. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange/return will not be accepted.


Return-
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any type of sold items.
